Motivated to feel good

So I went down 5 pounds over the last few weeks . More then likley it’s just my weight leveling out- but hey it’s nice to see anyways. Recently I’ve realized that a lot of how I look at my health and body is negative - I dont think about how great it feels to be happy and healthy - I only really focus on how it feels to be unhealthy and sad. It’s not good motivation !

With that in mind - I plan to focus on the positive things in life - what I have , what I love, and what I want for my future (not what I dont want !!). Already I’ve seen a shift in my day-to-day life, positive thinking really is much better !
